The Metcalf and Eddy "Wastewater Engineering: Treatment and Reuse" book has been considered by many to be the standard when it comes to treatment plant design. It is an excellent reference guide to have in your library, especially if you plan to pursue a career in the wastewater profession. The fourth edition of the Metcalf and Eddy book (which it is affectionately called) is about eight years old, so the newer techologies are not included. "The Wastewater Engineering: Treatment and Reuse" book is probably the most widely used reference guide for students and professional in the wastewater industry. | |||
